Dan-Zainab Awqaf Foundation (DAF) is an incorporated trustees registered as a corporate body on 23rd October, 2018. DAF is inspired by the Prophetic teachings of compassion for one another, alleviating suffering of the Ummah, and assisting the destitute and needy. By the Founder/Chairman BOT Alhaji Uba Tanko Mijinyawa FCICN popularly known as (Uba Danzainab) with the aim of supporting our immediate community by providing medical assistance, building School, Masjid and school teaching materials. Uba Danzainab holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Adult Education and community development at the University of Maiduguri.

Dan-Zainab Awqaf Foundation House

Awqaf Foundation House is a one story building. The house which was 100% built
by the Chairman of the Foundation Alh. Uba Danzainab in which the rent of the house shall be used for the maintenance of the day-to-day activities of Hajiya Zainab Ward. The ward block is located
at Ja'en Primary Heath Care along Sharada Phase III, adjacent to Ado Bayero Juma'at Mosque.

Hajiya Zainab Ward is a ten bed ward block constructed by Dan-Zainab Awqaf Foundation. The Block was 100% built, equipped and fully maintain by the foundation. The maintenance of the Block shall be taken care via the revenue generated from Awqaf House which was built and donated to the foundation as Waqaf by the Foundation Chairman, Alh. Uba Danzainab. Also, we have engaged Dry cleaners to ensure cleanliness of the facilities to be handling the bed covers twice a month. The hospital is located at Jaen Primary Heath Care along Sharada Phase III, adjacent to Ado Bayero Jumaat Mosque.
